What sets the ZENN apart from the crowd? Unlike other neighborhood electric vehicles, it has the form and features of a real car: it’s a fully-enclosed, three door hatchback with a performance-proven, aluminum alloy chassis. That translates into a tremendous safety advantage.
ZENN not only looks like a car; it performs like one, too. Equipped with front-wheel drive, brisk acceleration and capable of achieving a regulated maximum speed of 25 mph, it keeps pace with traffic on local streets and urban core streets (35 mph speed limit) to get you where you’re going safely and in good time. And ZENN’s battery efficiency gives you the freedom to cover a lot of ground: 25 to 31 miles per charge. At the same time, the ZENN delivers the environmental advantages of an electric vehicle, generating zero greenhouse-gas emissions.
Safety, Performance, Comfort.
While the near silence of ZENN’s remarkable electric drive system makes every trip an experience of perfect peace and quiet, the car’s attractive and sporty design is sure to turn heads. Its power center is designed to keep you on the move: just plug into any typical 110 volt outlet at night, and within eight to nine hours the car will be fully recharged. (After only four hours, ZENN’s batteries recharge to 80 percent of their total capacity.) Best of all, the ZENN’s battery pack is almost entirely recyclable— another environmental benefit.
